Questions & Telephone Advice
We welcome questions about your child’s illness or treatment by phone or Practice Fusion EHR. Medical questions will be returned by end of day. Dr. Neddenriep is available 24 hours a day for urgent pulmonary problems for established patients. To reach her, simply call the office and follow the prompts.
Can’t make it to Tucson? We offer Outreach Clinics where Dr. Neddenriep travels to Sierra Vista and Safford and spends the day in clinic seeing patients in that area to save them a trip to Tucson. These are for established patients only–new patients are seen only in Tucson.
For speed and accuracy, we use an electronic prescription service. Please call your pharmacy for all routine prescriptions refills. We are able to update your prescriptions promptly as long as you have received follow up with us as recommended.
IMPORTANCE OF ROUTINE FOLLOW UP
The doctor requests follow-up for your child based on his/her medical needs. It is important to keep these appointments to be proactive and keep your child as healthy as possible. We can only feel safe refilling prescriptions and providing telephone advice when follow-up is done as recommended.
Co-pay and any outstanding balance is expected in full at the time of service. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted. We accept all major insurance, AHCCCS, and military plans.
You can also easily pay you invoice through the link on this website. There is a $50 charge for missed appointments and late cancellations, so please call our office 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment. Adrianna (at the office number) can answer all your billing questions.
Please respect all our patients by being on time for your appointment. Patients who are up to 15 minutes late will be worked into the next available opening in the schedule. Patients who are more than 15 minutes late will need to be rescheduled.
Our staff is unable to interpret Spanish and we ask you bring an interpreter 16 years of age or older, or have one available by phone.
